Our approach
1. Understanding you
Because each wedding is unique, we want to know more about you, your love story, taste, and your dislikes, to develop a meaningful & personalised concept.
We will go through the services you require in detail and discuss inspirations that best represent you. This will help to see what we can accomplish together.
We will assist you to translate your ideas & vision into a sophisticated, modern and elegant wedding to create your special celebration.
2. Proposal, budget & booking
After our first meeting, we will follow up with you and provide a budget and a bespoke proposal with theme colours, overall concept and related elements.
Once the proposal and budget are confirmed we sign our agreement.
3. Building your dream team
Once your wedding concept is complete, we will work together to select the best vendors matching your style (florist, photography, videography, make-up & hair stylist, attire & gowns...) and ensure that everything and everyone will come together perfectly.
We keep a close eye on the quotation and your budget, making amendments depending on the vendor choice, decoration scale, and other details; yet everything is always strictly approved by you.
4. Design & planning execution
Following up with all vendors on overall planning and styling, we will review mock-ups, select materials, create tailor-made elements, and shape the overall décor to ensure everything is as envisioned.
We create comprehensive rundowns for all vendors and the bridal entourage to ensure the wedding day process is executed smoothly and that no detail is overlooked.
5. Wedding day
On your wedding day, our team will supervise all setup and décor, and coordinate with different vendors to ensure everything will go according to the concept design, down to the last details.
We will assist on the wedding day schedule, cue vendors, bridal entourage and couple, ensuring every aspect of your wedding is perfectly executed.
